(Ilc) by Van De Velde Packaging
Van De Velde Packaging strengthens its market position by a new acquisition of Italian company Industria Litografica Cartotechnica. With this acquisition VDV PACK takes a first step towards a buy and build in Italy, the company has a turnover of approx. €8 mio and employs about 60 FTE’s. The recently acquired company is active in the field of manufacturing cards, stickers, catalogues and packaging products in general.
Van De Velde Packaging is active in BE, NL, FR, DE, PL, TR and now in IT with 15 production sites.
The group is specialized in manufacturing folding board and solid board packaging and packaging machines, supporting their customers in the development of the entire packaging process. Since the acquisition of Ekol Ofset the group has broadened and strengthened their portfolio with the production of cups and microflute packaging. Now she broadens her portfolio even more with the production of stickers, cards and catalogues thanks to the acquisition of ILC.
ILC is the first acquisition in Italy of the group, and forms the base for a further buy and build strategy within Italy.
